These Terms of Service govern your use of the PinPointMAPS website, customer portal, intake forms, Google Business Profile import, and related online features. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and authority
You may use the service only if you can legally enter into these Terms. If you use the service for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it and to provide the information, instructions, and account access involved.
Accounts and approval
Some features require a customer portal account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. New customer accounts may require PinPointMAPS approval before portal and intake features become available. We may approve, reject, suspend, or revoke portal access when reasonably necessary to protect customers or the service.
Your information and instructions
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information, instructions, links, budgets, offers, content, and files you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for PinPointMAPS to use those materials to provide the requested services. Review imported information before submitting it; third-party profile data may be incomplete or outdated.
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant PinPointMAPS a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, format, transmit, and otherwise use those materials only as needed to operate the service and perform work you request or authorize.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or portal to:
- Break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit deceptive content.
- Access or manage a business, location, account, or data you are not authorized to use.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, probe other accounts, or obtain restricted data.
- Use automated means to overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
Google Business Profile connection
The optional Google Business Profile connection is a read-only intake convenience. It retrieves location information for you to review and does not publish to or edit your Google profiles. You must connect only a Google account and Business Profiles you are authorized to manage. You can disconnect from the Intake tab or revoke access through your Google Account.
Third-party services
The service may depend on or link to third-party services, including Google and the embedded TidyCal scheduler. Their availability, data, and operation are controlled by those third parties and may be subject to separate terms and policies. PinPointMAPS is not affiliated with Google or Apple and does not control their platforms, rankings, approval decisions, or service availability.
Paid services and separate agreements
Website prices describe available options but do not by themselves create a service engagement. Paid work may be governed by a proposal, order, statement of work, or other written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding the paid services it covers, the signed or accepted paid-service agreement controls for that conflict. Advertising platform spend is paid separately from PinPointMAPS management fees unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Ownership of the service
The PinPointMAPS website, portal, branding, original copy, software, layouts, and other service materials are owned by PinPointMAPS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its materials to you.
Disclaimers
The website and portal are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particular search rankings, map placement, advertising outcomes, customer activity, or results from third-party platforms. Google, Apple, and other platforms control their own listings, policies, approvals, and algorithms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPointMAPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the website or portal. Liability relating to paid services may also be limited by the applicable paid-service agreement. Some laws may not allow certain exclusions or limits, so these provisions apply only to the extent permitted.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website or portal at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful or harmful activity, security risk, nonpayment under an applicable paid-service agreement, or discontinuation of the service. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
